Brad & Jeanette began their brokerage and consulting practice after 20 years of multi-industry background experience including banking, marketing, engineering, construction, and real estate development.

Brad graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a BA in Management Finance. He earned a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Iowa in 1995. He has 14 years of commercial lending experience & serves on the Board of Directors of a $100MM bank. He also has 6 years experience as a CFO in the construction and real estate development fields. Brad is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Iowa and a certified business intermediary.

Jeanette has 14 years of experience in the banking industry, most recently serving as the Bank President for two community banks. In addition to banking she also managed a wholesale distribution business and was a staff member of the QA department at a Midwest nuclear power plant. She is also licensed in all commercial and personal lines of insurance.

They were owners of two successful start-up businesses, in which they sold their interests. The businesses were sold after a period of growth and value creation. Brad was Vice-President & CFO in both cases.
